Shipping & Returns
-ALL parts require a lead time of approximately 2 weeks. We build everything in house to order. With the attention to detail that goes into every part we make, we simply can not rush the quality of the work we do. Lead times are subject to change without notice due to higher order volumes. We do our best to keep them within a 2 week window from order to shipment.
-If you are placing an order for tuning, we will contact you after the order is placed. For fastest service, we recommend sending your car's ECU via overnight mail such as UPS or Fedex to us. Once we receive your ECU, it will be flashed and then shipped back to you the same way it was shipped to us. Buyer agrees to pay all shipping charges. If an issue should arise, we will put you in contact with 3rd party tuner to reach a solution directly.
-ALL cancelled orders will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you have any issue with the product, you agree to let us fix the issue with that product. If it is deemed that our product is defective, we will repair or replace the defective product we sent you.
-Ownership of packages turned over to the shipping carrier transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from the shipping carrier along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by the shipping carrier directly.
-If shipping rates are not shown or available, we will contact you after your order is placed for shipping fees.
-ALL products are for off road use only.
