All products are made to order and require time to build "lead time" Orders can take up to 6 weeks to build. Any order canceled in this time frame will result in A 15% restocking fee. All orders and sales are final. We do not accept returns on exhaust products. If the product is defective you agree to let MBH Motorsports repair or replace it. Please limit your phone calls for order updates during the lead time stated above. All headers and downpipes come with a lifetime warranty accept if the header is coated or painted. Please be patient while we build you the best exhaust parts available. By checking the "terms and Conditions" you agree to these terms and conditions.

Shipping: MBH Motorsports is not responsible for any order that is missing, stolen or lost after the delivery status shows or is marked as "delivered"  You agree to release MBH Motorsports or any agent of, of any responsibility or liability once the order shipment is marked as delivered. 

Off road use only: All products sold on www.mbhmotorsports.com are for off road use only. By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to only use products where it is legal to use. By agreeing to these terms the buyer takes 100% responsibility to compliance with local, State and Federal laws when using products purchased from MBH Motorsports. This includes removing or modifying any monitoring devices, devices, and calibrations that effect emissions regulations. By agreeing to these terms and conditions the buyer or end user takes full responsibility.
